DR OZ POLITICAL PARTY: WILL HE DISCUSS TRUMP’S COVID-19 RESPONSE?

In April, Dr. Oz made waves when he seemingly downplayed the dangers of COVID-19 and falsely suggested that hydroxychloroquine, a drug praised by President Trump, can possibly cure the virus. Doctors across the country were quick to condemn the TV star, prompting him to backtrack. “When folks have gotten infected, make sure you find out why it happened and where it happened,” he said, stressing the importance of “contact isolation” and tracing on Fox News.

Given that COVID-19 continues to spread across the United States, it’s practically guaranteed that Dr. Oz will discuss the virus throughout Season 12. Will he offer reliable information, or continue to share unfounded conspiracy theories? Only time will tell.
